A free trial of seven days may be offered once per account. It requires no payment details, grants no different service, and simply expires — it never converts into a paid subscription and you will never be charged for it. A subscription fee buys access to the tool for the paid period, and nothing else. It does not buy advice, a recommendation, or any undertaking as to results. Access continues until the paid-through date and is not automatically renewed; there is no automatic charge. You may stop at any time simply by not renewing. If the service is materially unavailable for a sustained period during a paid month, contact us and we will refund or extend that month at our discretion. We collect only what the account needs: your username, a one-way hash of your password (we never store or can recover the password itself), your email address if you supply one, your saved watchlist codes, and basic billing records. We use it to operate your account and to contact you about the service. We do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We will not send you marketing messages without your consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data — write to us and we will act on it.
